aerospace-grade durability
The Crystal Dome series was designed with maximum durability and a long service life in mind:
Polycarbonate (PC) sheets: The walls are made of solid polycarbonate sheets with a thickness of 3.0–3.5 mm. We use 100% genuine German Bayer Makrolon® ET3113 granules. The material is odorless and non-toxic, and comes with a 10-year warranty on the UV coating.
Aerospace-grade aluminum: The upper structure and stable base are crafted from 6063-T5 aluminum alloy featuring increased profile thickness (the industry's highest standard) and finished with an elegant matte black anodized coating.
Complete protection against the elements: The airtight construction forms an effective barrier against insects, rodents, and larger wild animals.
Flexible module combination:
Our patented system allows for the seamless combination of domes of various sizes. This enables you to create multi-room outdoor hotels, as well as suites featuring separate bedrooms, bathrooms, or dining areas.
Innovative water drainage system:
The aluminum base features integrated cable channels and a concealed drainage system.
Patented water resistance:
A special connection system ensures perfect structural tightness and complete protection against precipitation.
Quick assembly and easy disassembly:
Thanks to the modular, interlocking design, construction time and installation costs are minimized. The facility can be quickly put into service and, if necessary, efficiently relocated.
